Queen Elizabeth II has a lot of grandchildren from her four kids. But, among all the young royals, she has been reported to favor Princess Anne's kids more than the others.

As stated by The Sun, royal expert and correspondent, Ingrid Seward told in one of her interviews that Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall are the monarch's favorites, especially the latter including her husband, Mike Tindall. In fact, the young couple was even said to be much closer to the Queen, more than Prince William and Kate Middleton.

One of the many reasons behind this is that the Princess Royal's kids are Queen Elizabeth II's first grandchildren. It was noted that they all shared tight bonds together even today that they are now grown-ups and have families of their own.

The publication also shared that when Zara was still a kid, the Queen did always "smack" her during her "naughty" times, which was very "frequent." Not to mention, she was revealed to always make her grandmother laugh almost all the time.

Ingrid Seward further revealed that the matriarch of the British Royal Family always feel "comfortable" and at ease when Zara and Mike Tindall are around. Although Prince William and Kate Middleton both share a good and pleasant relationship with Queen Elizabeth II, the Tindalls are reportedly more "easy-going."

However, recent claims attested that the Queen's favorite, Zara, along with her husband, might leave the United Kingdom for good. This came after the Princess Royal's daughter seemingly confirmed and made a positive remark when asked about moving to Australia.

As per Express UK, the Olympic equestrian said that she, along with her family, might do it. But, not while she is still competing. She then added that if an opportunity presents itself in the future, they will "definitely consider" it.

While some individuals are seeing it as a huge "hint" already, no further confirmations have been made about the matter. So, no one knows yet whether it will happen soon or not.

On another note, one of Queen Elizabeth II's other grandchildren, Prince Harry recently confirmed that he and his wife, Meghan Markle will now "stepped back" as senior royals.

The Sussex couple announced their decision to "quit" a few days after they got back from their vacation outside the United Kingdom. As it appears, the royal couple now plans to focus on their advocacies both in the royals' home country and the United States.
