Station 19 season 3 is arriving on ABC within a few days. A lot of interesting happenings will occur once the new installment airs. The title of the premiere episode is "I Know This Bar," and viewers will be seeing an interesting storyline since it would feature a Grey's Anatomy crossover.
In the premiere episode of Station 19 season 3, a car crash into Joe's Bar. Sullivan and Andy will lead the team of firefighters to rescue people before the building comes crumbling down. The episode kicks off with the first responders and Grey's Anatomy characters helping those who are injured.
Based on the sneak peek of the upcoming installment, some of the characters are doing everything they can to secure the area and avoid further damage. They also have to deal with several issues, aside from the car crashing in the bar.
First, the structural damage may cause the building to collapse and the gasoline leak is dangerous to many. If ever that happens, a fire will start and their problem will be even bigger. Grey's Anatomy crossover will, then, happen, as the characters in this show will attend to those involved in the incident.
Aside from this, Station 19 season 3 will also address other storylines, including relationship updates, as well as Ben's feelings about Bailey's miscarriage. Also, Ben remembers a painful past in episode 2 due to a fire at a department store caused by exploding fireworks.
Ben's past is quite intriguing, so this is a chance to learn more about him that wasn't even shown in Grey's Anatomy. Although we got some nice stories about him in that series, most of these are usually viewers from Bailey's point of view.
Meanwhile, Station 19 season 3 will also introduce a new Seattle fire chief. But then, his arrival leaves the crew skeptical. There are no further details about the new fire chief and what would be his role in the lives of some characters.
Will he make a huge impact at the station and cause a conflict as well? Once the new installment arrives, viewers will learn more about this character. But, as per CarterMatt, the new fire chief is someone who could pressure the firefighters and bring tension at the station.
Station 19 season 3 will premiere on Thursday, Jan. 23, on ABC. After that, the crossover event will continue on Grey's Anatomy season 16 episode 10, titled "Help Me Through The Night."
