TWICE Chaeyoung, recently, called out Nayeon's foreign stalker for posting her mobile number on Twitter causing her number to be flooded with messages and calls from strangers.

It was reported that TWICE's foreign stalker identified only as Josh, posted the information on Twitter and was removed from the platform for violating the policies on releasing public information. For several months, Nayeon's foreign stalker has been causing alarm for TWICE members as his attempts to get in touch with the singer has grown more aggressive, All Kpop reported.

Apart from sharing his plans to get close to Nayeon, the foreigner was even able to board the same plane as TWICE members and caused a commotion as he tried to reach Nayeon. In her message, Chaeyoung said that there is a limit for staying silent about the situation. She also said that she is not the type to be easily shaken or get angry. She stressed that the reason she wrote the message was to get the culprit to know how his actions affected not just Chaeyoung and TWICE members, but all other idols. She said she wanted the stalker to understand how shameful his action was.

"I ask that you please think at least a little about just how many people are exhausted, anxious and having a hard time because of your thoughtless actions and your contacting that you merely package as interest and love. And also, do not cause insult to our fans who give us healthy and proper support and love with your disguise," she said.

It can be recalled that JYP Entertainment earlier issued a statement on Chaeyoung's leaked information and vowed to hold the person responsible liable for his actions. The agency reported that they have confirmed and collected evidence on the source of the personal information, as well as instances of attempts to contact the artist.

"Regarding this, we wish to notify you that we will be taking immediate action and filing a complaint against the person who posted the information on social media on the basis of a violation of the Personal Information Protection Act," the agency stated.

This was not the first time artists' information has been leaked online. It can be recalled that Dahyun's passport information was recently leaked. An immigration officer was also sacked for leaking EXO Chanyeol's passport information on a chat. Super Junior's Donghae also had his mobile number leaked to the public, causing him much anguish.
