Ink Master season 13 episode 4 will arrive on Tuesday on the Paramount Network, with the title "Battle Lines." The artists need to rely on the strength of their teamwork as their upcoming challenge is entirely based on a string. This might be quite challenging for some, and the Turf War also intensifies for $100,000 and the title of Ink Master.
In Ink Master season 13 episode 4, the artists need to make and perfect a portrait by only using strings. Every single challenge within this show is hard, but this one is probably the most difficult so far. Tattoo artists are usually in a shop and can make a complete design, yet, using a string to make a design is challenging. What's more is that they are working with a team and competing with other artists.
There's also a disadvantage to other teams as some of them are becoming small, which could create a problematic situation. Their entire operation may fall apart if one of the team members is off. So, Ink Master season 13 episode 4 will see a wide array of obstacles, especially since some teams have less manpower compared to others.
Despite the obstacles, it's still interesting to see the result of every team. The promo of the upcoming episode showed some of the teams' portraits, and one of which is a UFO design. While the clip sees others struggling in their work, they're still doing their best to perfect their art. That's what important in the show; they need to do whatever they can to stick around in the competition.
Meanwhile, Patrick Flynn was eliminated in the previous episode. He is determined to showcase his skills, but faced criticisms in episode 3 due to a potential skin trauma on his canvas. Despite the elimination, Flynn is still eager and wants to come back to the show someday. That might be possible as Ink Master tends to bring back previous contestants -- so he certainly has a chance.
In an interview via CarterMatt, Flynn believed he should've stayed in the competition for another week. He said his designs were all hand-drawn and his experience is apparent. He also said that the amount of pressure and stress while being filmed is unheard of. Now, he's still determined to get a chance and come back to the show in the future to prove himself.
