Melania Trump received a series of backlash and criticisms again earlier this week after posting a heartfelt message on social media. The First Lady was said to post a message in commemoration of the Holocaust victims.

Using the hashtags, #WeRemember and #HolocaustRemembranceDay, the President's wife urged her followers to "take time" and honor both "victims and survivors." She also asked everyone to "vow" fighting "all acts of evil against humanity."

While her message appears to be sincere and genuine, she was still criticized for this. As it happened, several netizens deemed it "ironic" considering that she is the wife of Donald Trump.

According to Express UK, followers and detractors of the Trump administration immediately shared their responses toward Melania Trump's message. Based on general reception, they all wanted the incumbent President to "step down" for his "acts of evil."

Several individuals even pointed out that the best way to "combat evil" is by "voting her husband" out of the White House as the United States President. As for others, they noted that "kids in cages," which is a huge nod to the "appalling" condition at the migrant detention center in Texas, is also a "crime against humanity."

Although the First Lady did not respond to any of the objections and criticism, just like what she always does, her avid fans and supporters of the current administration seemingly defended her. As added by the same publication, these individuals "praised" Melania Trump for her anniversary message.

Aside from the praise and recognition, some netizens also thanked her for "denying the Holocaust deniers." Others even complimented her for her "grace and elegance."

This commotion emerged just right after the First Lady received another set of criticisms and mockeries from several netizens. As reported, President Donald Trump shared his "condolence message" to Kobe Bryant's family. However, many individuals pointed out that his tweet was "remarkably similar" to Barack Obama's condolence post.

At first, netizens slammed the incumbent president for "plagiarizing" the former president's post. But, right after a few responses from the public, the tune changed and the mockeries were targeted toward Melania Trump.

The message was mocked by some individuals claiming that it was Melania who wrote the post. It is worth noting that she was previously slammed for plagiarizing speeches.

While reports revealed that her speechwriters took the blame, the public seemed to have always blamed the First Lady when it comes to matters relating to plagiarism.
