Omid Scobie explained that, in the last few years, especially after Meghan and Harry officially became the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the focus of the media turned back from the Cambridges and shifted its views toward the Sussexes. The majority of the coverage, a "good 80 percent" of it, had been focused on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, he added.
He then asked his co-host for the segment whether the Megxit conclusion would mean that the spotlight would be turned down, which will cause a much more peaceful and "quieter" coverage, or will it shift its focus on Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, considering that the York princesses have been reportedly eyed by the public to replace the Sussex couple.
