Rihanna did not bring a date at the BAFTAs afterparty amidst speculation that she is currently dating fellow musician A$AP Rocky. The "Work" singer clearly enjoyed her weekend as she reportedly partied till morning.
The Fenty lingerie creator wasn't nominated in any category of the 2020 British Academy Film Awards but it did not stop her from attending the event bash. Rihanna was spotted at the BAFTA afterparty at The Chiltern Firehouse in London and she was seen leaving the place at around 6:30 in the morning.
RiRi was seen sporting a silky, black flared pants and a black asymmetrical top. She accessorized with a pair of shimmering diamond earrings and a necklace that compliment her bright-red lipstick and deep bronze smoky eyes. Her long hair was up in braids and tied up in a ponytail.
Many are expecting that she will come to the party with a date. However, by the looks of it, she came alone.
Rihanna and billionaire Hassan Jameel started in 2017. Things are going smoothly between the two until earlier this year, it was reported that the couple broke up. The "Diamonds" hitmaker and Hassan ended their three-year romance as the 31-year-old businessman was reportedly struggling with the singer/actress' "image."
Reports have it that Hassan has been pressured to have a more "traditional and reserved relationship" with RiRi. His family reportedly wants the singer to be more "tame, reserved and demure."
Since the break-up, Rihanna was spotted spending some time with her long-time friend A$AP Rocky. They sparked dating rumors when they were photographed together at the 2020 Yams Day Benefit Concert in New York City.
However, a source close to RiRi told HollywoodLife that the two are not actually dating. Apparently, RiRi is still in the process of getting over Hassan and not considering starting a new relationship. The Ocean's 8 actress and Rocky remain as close friends as they are for years now.
"They have met up many times over the past year to hang out, but suddenly, people are paying attention and looking to turn it into something more. They have a long history of hanging out and are very good friends and will continue to be," the source said.
Meanwhile, Rihanna recently dropped her new Savage x Fenty collection. She shared her brand's Spring 2020 campaign, in which she stars alongside songstress, Normani.
