Jennifer Garner has been known to be very hands-on to her kids with Ben Affleck. The former couple, who is now "co-parenting," shares three kids: Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.

In previous months, several reports released photos of the family being together in various events. It seemingly appears that they are all enjoying their family at all times.

However, the 13 Going On 30 actress is not different from any parent. As reported, she felt "crushed" one morning after realizing that her daughter, Seraphina, is already "growing up."

According to Hello! magazine, Jennifer Garner took her thoughts earlier last month on Instagram. She was said to post a clip of "cute otters" as she listened to Taylor Swift's Never Grow Up.

The actress reportedly captioned the post by stating that she is "crushed" by the "sentimentality" of the day as she realizes that it is already a "new year" and another "birthday" for her "middle daughter."

She also included the otters and tagged the Lover artist on the post. She then ended her statement by saying that it is all "too much" for her as an "old mama."

Many fans and supporters immediately shared their own thoughts on the comment section of Jennifer Garner's post. Based on assertions, the followers of the actress shared that they all feel the same sentiments as well upon realizing the fast growth of their kids. While others relate to the actress, some fans gave their support and greeted Seraphina.

As revealed by the magazine, Seraphina turned 11 on January 6, which is now two years away from being a teenager. Jennifer and Ben's eldest daughter, Violet, is now 14-years-old. Meanwhile, their youngest child, Samuel is turning 8 on February 27.

The parents of the three kids were previously said to "discourage" social media usage for the young ones, especially their kids. While they have their own accounts on Instagram, wherein they also share stories of the kids, they do not post photos of them as per reports.

In an interview with InStyle, Jennifer Garner said that she wants to "protect" her kids' privacy. She even shared that she used to not mention the name of the three children in her interviews. The same was also said to be true about her former husband, Ben Affleck.

The actress further revealed that their eldest daughter has been asking her approval to create an Instagram account. However, she reportedly believes that "Violet is too young" for social media. So, she always reportedly asks her in return as to how using the platform will help her in school.
