Earlier this month, the showbiz industry was stunned as the tabloids released a report that Jennifer Garner and Reese Witherspoon are both pregnant. In fact, these reports even have sources and pieces of evidence to support their supposed claims.
But while these headlines caught the attention of many including Jennifer Garner and her best friend, Reese Witherspoon, the Hollywood stars just shrug these claims off. As it happens, there are no truths behind these reports.
During Jennifer Garner's 47th birthday celebration, Reese posted an Instagram story with Jennifer. And it seems that the two stars were having fun as they drink their wine. This story clip became viral since it appears to be an actual response to the ongoing speculations about their rumored pregnancies.
As the story clip progresses, Jennifer Garner and Reese Witherspoon made fun of these rumors. And instead of defending themselves, they joked about each other's "pregnancies."
The Legally Blonde star even stated on the video that they should not be drinking wine because it's bad for their "pregnancies." Also, they held on to each other's stomachs claiming to have a "burrito" and a "slice of avocado."
This Instagram story is already a clear indication that the reports shed nothing but false and fabricated stories. But even so, this did not stop the spreading of their pregnancy rumors and speculations. And it is only recently that Jennifer Garner finally addressed the issue on air.
In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen Show, the 13 Going 30 star has ultimately put the stories to bed. She primarily clarified that she's already 47 which is an indication that the chance of getting pregnant is pretty slim. It's all "wrapped up," Jennifer concluded.
But when asked about her best friend, Reese Witherspoon's reported pregnancy, she threw her under the bus as per Entertainment Tonight. As it happened, she joked and hilariously stated that Reese is pregnant and that she is having twins.
With these things at hand, it seems that the stories about the two stars' pregnancies are already confirmed to be fabricated.
On another note, Jennifer Garner also talked about being flattered and honored. This is in relation to her being chosen as the cover of the latest issue of People magazine, titled Most Beautiful Woman. The actress told Ellen how nice it felt being the cover of this issue.
Furthermore, she also posted an Instagram story about the matter sharing to the world that she can't believe the fact that she has been chosen for the cover.
