The Good Doctor season 3 episode 15 is scheduled to arrive on ABC next week, with the title "Unsaid." The episode will continue following Dr. Shaun Murphy and his conflicting feelings between Carly and Lea. But aside from this relationship story, the upcoming episode will also see the doctors trying to help a young boy who's unable to speak.

In The Good Doctor season 3 episode 15, Shaun is hoping Carly would understand his friendship with Lea even though everyone else's doubt about it. Shaun and Carly's relationship is frequently being challenged and some things weren't easy for them. Although they do care for each other, they also struggle with intimacy and how to fully communicate.

Meanwhile, Shaun's relationship with Lea is different and they have a deeper emotional intimacy. She is one of the few people who understand him, and what happened after his father's death is to be remembered. Shaun thinks this wouldn't be a problem and that he and Lea are just close. However, Carly might view their bond in a different perspective.

In addition, Carly's struggles are obvious and it seems like she's insecure about Shaun and Lea's closeness. Things might get complicated between the three of them, yet it looks like Shaun is ignoring the truth. He thinks that his relationship with Lea is not a problem, and this may lead to Carly having some concerns over it.

In the previous episode, Shaun told Carly he had lunch with Lea and she might get a job at St. Bonaventure. This caused some problems between the two, though Shaun isn't aware of it. Later on, Carly confronted him about it; she didn't want to cut Lea out of his life, but she confessed that she doesn't want him to rely on her for advice.

But, aside from the relationship stuff, The Good Doctor season 3 episode 15 will also see the team trying to treat a young boy. The patient was born without a fully formed trachea and he's unable to speak. The team will then realize the child might be a good candidate for an experimental procedure. While this case is challenging for them, this is also a transformative one.

If the team's procedure will be successful, that means they help the young boy and their careers. However, it seems like things wouldn't be easy for them as the parents of the patient aren't sure about the procedure. In the promo, the family isn't keen on the option, something Shaun disagrees with. The clip shows the doctor telling the family that they're making a big mistake.

The Good Doctor season 3 episode 15 airs on Monday, Feb. 17, on ABC.
