Kate Middleton has been always praised for her parenting skills. Raising her three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis while being "committed" to her duties as the Duchess of Cambridge, has been very impressive for many individuals, especially mothers, who have been experiencing the challenges of motherhood.

It is not usual for the Duchess to speak her mind and share her own experiences on interviews. But, recently, several people were surprised upon witnessing her being vocal on her most recent interview with the popular author, Giovanna Fletcher.

In Fletcher's podcast, Happy Mum, Happy Baby, People revealed that Kate Middleton shared a lot of things about herself, including her childhood experiences and her motherhood challenges. It was also stated that she touched on the importance of "childhood development" in the early years.

She stated that her grandmother "inspired" her as a mom since her "granny" spent and "devoted" a lot of time to her, as well as her siblings, Pippa and James Middleton. She revealed that their granny always "plays" and does "arts and crafts" with them.

Because of these experiences of hers with her grandmother, Kate Middleton stated that she tries to "incorporate" these things that she learned from her granny in the experiences of her three kids. This has "influenced" her views as a mother, the publication added.

The Duchess of Cambridge also went on to touch on the subject of early childhood development. This comes after the release of her new survey, 5 Big Questions on the Under Fives.

She reportedly claimed that there are several factors in her research about the subject that stood out, based on her own experiences. The Duchess then explained that these factors include the "quality of relationships" and the "environment" where "you spend time in."

As per Town & Country, Giovanna Fletcher, later on, shared that she was "surprised" how open Kate Middleton was during the podcast interview. She also noted that she did not expect the Duchess to be very responsive to all of her questions.

She then described the royal as "honest, in terms of her answers, "articulate," and "intelligent," especially in the aspect of early childhood. Fletcher then attested that it was fun to see how "playful" the Duchess was, notably when talking about her three kids.

The same reports revealed that Kate Middleton and Giovanna Fletcher a few days before the podcast interview. Based on claims, they met in Birmingham during the launch of the Duchess' new survey.
