Fans already know that Jimin is a truly gifted dancer. After all, the member of BTS trained to be a professional dancer before auditioning to become a part of the boy group. But is it possible that Park Jimin has found a new calling? Armys couldn't help but joke about the possibility that the idol could get a job as a dance class instructor after the most recent episode of James Corden's Carpool Karaoke.
It's no secret that BTS were going to be on Carpool Karaoke. The boy group had previously appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden where they performed the song 'Black Swan' from their new album Map of the Soul: 7 and also played hide-and-seek with the host and Ashton Kutcher. Since then, fans have been begging Corden to release an episode of Carpool Karaoke where he drives around while singing with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. After a long wait, Corden finally confirmed that Bangtan Sonyeondan did film an episode of Carpool Karaoke with him.
Not surprisingly, the hashtag #BTSCarpoolKaraoke started trending on social media as Armys anticipated the episode. Luckily, James Corden did not disappoint fans. The latest episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden featured a lengthy skit featuring Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jungkook. The group sang along with Bruno Mars' 'Finesse' and some of their own songs like 'Mic Drop' as well as the new single 'On.'
At one point, Jin brought up a question asking what would happen if there were 8 passengers in the car instead of 7. Interestingly, James Corden took it as an invitation to join BTS and even tried to prove to the group that he is worthy of being their eighth member. The host pointed out that he has been taking dance lessons and decided to bring the idols to his class. That's when things got truly interesting.
At first, BTS joined in the class by following the dance steps given by the instructor. However, James Corden suggested that the group should teach the class some of their own dance moves as well. He asked Jimin to show them some choreography and the idol quickly taught the class some of the moves from their new single 'On.'
It was awesome to see Jimin leading a full class of people trying to follow the choreography. But will Park Jimin actually have time to take up a new job as a dance instructor. Sadly, the BTS member is way too busy promoting their new album and won't be able to squeeze in a part-time job into his schedule. Nevertheless, you can still watch Jimin as a dance instructor at the 15.28 mark in the video below.
