There are a lot of instant foods in the market nowadays, endorsed by the media to families and parents as "nutritional" to their children's little bodies. Since mornings can become very busy, turning to these kinds of food seemed to be the best resort.

Unfortunately, most of these foods are more dangerous than beneficial, as reported by Fox News. A lot of those are packed with high levels of sodium and sugar that can slowly ruin your children's body without you knowing.

Given this reason, it is indeed better to prepare your kids meals for their breakfast yourself. By doing so, you will be able to know whether the ingredient you will use will cause harm to them or not. But with your busy schedule, this would seem impossible, right?

Worry no more. There are still a lot of recipes for your kid's breakfast that is easy to do and here's one of those: healthy sunny side-up pizza.

The very first thing to do to make the sunny-side-up pizza, as instructed by the Woman's Day, is to prepare the ingredients. These include flour, cornmeal, 1 pound or ½ kilo of pizza dough, 4 oz. or about 1 cup cheese (grated), 4 oz ham (thinly sliced), 1 tbsp mustard, 4 eggs, and 1 bunch of spinach (leaves only).

Next thing is to preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheating is crucial to kill the germs inside the oven and also for your pizza to be cooked properly. After doing so, dust the baking sheet with cornmeal, stretch your pizza dough until it reached a 16" size, and carefully put it on the sheet. After preparing the crust, it's now time to work on your pizza's toppings.

Begin by spreading some mustard over the dough. Once covered, put some cheese on top of it. Cover it evenly and remember to leave some for the topping. Then add ham, spinach, and the remaining cheese. To top it off, slowly add the eggs. Just be careful so your egg yolks won't crack.

Finally, pop your masterpiece in the oven. Wait about 15 to 17 minutes or until the egg whites are already set and your crust is already perfectly golden brown.

For the total preparation and baking time, you need to allot about 25 minutes to make this Sunny-Side-Up Pizza. But if it is too much for you, preparing everything in advance is better. Just place the sauce and toppings on the pizza, as directed above, except for the eggs. Add the eggs if you are already about to bake the pizza. Doing so would help you manage your time better. Keep it inside your fridge for about three days.
