Prince William didn't shy away in telling a crowd that he loves his wife Kate Middleton. During their royal visit to Ireland, the Duke of Cambridge was talking to the people waiting for them and he was heard sharing his feelings for his wife of nearly nine years.

Angela Moran shared on Town and Country that she spoke to Prince William and showed him the commemorative banner she got from their 2011 wedding. Moran told the second in line to the throne that she really loves the Duchess of Cambridge. Prince William replied, "I do too," and then thanked Moran for her kind words.

The royal fan could not be more thrilled about her encounter. She said she never expected meeting Prince William would be this amazing.

The Duchess of Cambridge was also with her husband as she greeted the crowd on their third and last day of visit to Ireland. Kate, however, was occupied with the children waiting for them and spoke to a little girl who was about her daughter, Princess Charlotte's age. The girl's mom said that the duchess asked her daughter about school.

Earlier, Prince William and Kate went on a romantic clifftop walk in rural Dublin. According to Daily Mail, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were arm-in-arm as they scaled the hills to view the stunning backdrop of the Howth peninsula.

Prince William and Kate also hugged as they posed for a picture. They met with environment minister Richard Bruton who was waiting for them on the hill.

Bruton said that Prince William and Kate wanted to see the coastlines on their Ireland visit. It was a good thing that the weather was so beautiful as usually the hilltop usually had howling winds.

It was quite rare to see public displays of affection from Prince William and Kate. Usually, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are more formal towards each other when attending royal events. However, reports said that the royal couple were also showing a little PDA during their trip to the Guinness Storehouse. Prince William and Kate lightly touched each other's arm or hands as they greeted the crowd.

Meanwhile, Prince William vowed that Great Britain's ties to Ireland will remain sold post-Brexit. In his speech, the Duke of Cambridge said that he is confident of the friendship, understanding and shared vision of the two countries. He also said that his family is determined to protect, preserve and strengthen their bond to Ireland.
