Melania Trump hit another set of criticisms after breaking her silence on the unfortunate COVID-19 outbreak, especially in the United States. As reported, she recently shared a post on Twitter encouraging everyone to visit the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention's website for information and updates about the virus outbreak.

She also went on to attest that the United States is "strong and ready" to face these kinds of challenges as the nation is "fighting hard" against coronavirus. The First Lady then asked everyone to "take action" and prevent further spread.

According to Express UK, Melania Trump's tweet about the virus outbreak in the United States seemingly came after the public criticized her for not speaking about it in the past few days. As recalled, the First Lady attended a conference last week, wherein 300 teachers and administrators were present.

It was said that she largely talked about her Be Best campaign, notably the online bullying aspect of the initiative amid the worsening case of the outbreak across the country. Some reports also noted that it was only Melania who did not tackle the current "national crisis" in the room despite the apparent worries of the attendees.

The criticisms mainly targeted her speech as it was reportedly not totally in line with the current challenges of the United States. The reason being is that hundred of schools and universities have been closed due to COVID-19.

However, the same thing also happened to Melania Trump after posting the tweet about the virus outbreak. As per Demotix, the critics reportedly "attacked" her post as the public seemed angry toward the current administration. Some individuals were revealed to criticize the First Lady since she was deemed to be of "no help" at all.

It was pointed out by some netizens that the testing kits have been scarce, which seemingly puts the blame to the US President. Others even directly said that the First Couple is "incompetent" and likely to be the reason why the outbreak further worsened across the United States.

But, in a report recently shared by CNN News, Melania Trump's husband, Donald Trump said that he takes "no responsibility" of the reported failures in terms of the availability of the testing kits. The President also mentioned that the blame should be on the previous administration as they are all following what "their" guidelines and regulations tell them to.

In the end, though, Trump declared a "national emergency" to combat the virus outbreak across the country.
