Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will officially step down as senior royals by the end of this month. This means that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will have all the time in the world to do whatever they want as they won’t be dealing with royal obligations anymore.

And since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wished to be “financially independent,” the pair needed to find sources of income to pay for their lavish lifestyle. With the Duchess being a former actress before marrying the Prince, the couple seemed to be heading towards the entertainment industry for their next step in their new life. However, this move might be embarrassing for Queen Elizabeth.

“Meghan will pursue acting causing immense embarrassment for the Royal family and drive more public backlash,” chairman of Reputation Management Consultant Eric Schiffer said. “Hollywood, in the end, will dump Meghan and chew her out the way she and Buckingham Palace ditched each other.”

An earlier report even claimed that Queen Elizabeth found Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s video with Disney CEO Bob Iger at the London premiere of The Lion King to be cringe-worthy.

In the video, Prince Harry said: "Next time you need any voiceover work, we can make ourselves available. Anything like that. Just not Scar. That's a no to Scar.” Meghan Markle then added, ”That's really why we're here, to pitch.” Jon Favreau, who directed and produced The Lion King, could then be seen smiling.

Royal expert Tom Steinfort said that Her Majesty may not be too pleased with how Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are “selling” themselves.

“Surely there’s a cringe factor though?” he said. “Particularly the Queen would be watching on thinking, ‘why are members of my family selling themselves off to the highest bidder?’”

Royal expert and talent manager Jonathan Shalit added that the rest of the Royal Family members are probably feeling the same way as Queen Elizabeth.

“I’m sure senior members of The Royal Family are looking at this and wishing it hadn’t happened,” he said. “But it has happened and that’s what happens with children whether you’re family or royal or not. Children often do what their parents don’t want and often parts go, ‘I wish my child hadn’t done that.’”

Meanwhile, previous reports revealed that Meghan Markle is “actively looking” for an agent or manager. She and Prince Harry will reportedly be creating their own TV firm. Rumor has it that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be providing voiceovers and producing documentaries on “worthy causes,” and this is where they will be earning their money.
