Despite the Government's advice that people over 70 years old should stay at home, practice social distancing, and limit social interactions, Princess Anne, who is about to turn 70 in August, proves she is, indeed, the most hardworking royal. The Princess Royal continues doing her royal duties despite the coronavirus outbreak in the U.K., and it looks like she has no plans of slowing down.

Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip's only daughter was crowned as the most hardworking royal for three consecutive years. In 2019, PA Media tallied the list of royal events according to the Court Circular, and it showed the former equestrian worked for 165 days last year.

But, with the increasing number of people with coronavirus in the U.K. and the threat it has for everyone, some royals now adopt the precautionary measures to avoid contracting the disease. Queen Elizabeth herself, 93, is already isolated and now in Windsor for her Easter break, along with Prince Philip. Her Majesty already canceled her visit to Cheshire and Camden, and other royal events are now postponed.

Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, on the other hand, also postponed their tour of the Republic of Cyprus and Jordan. However, Hello! Magazine reported that Princess Anne will continue doing her royal duties despite the pandemic.

Her royal diary still has several scheduled engagements for the coming weeks. She recently visited the Addington Equestrian Centre, as the vice patron of the British Horse Society and met its education team, equine coaches, and watched the horse demonstration.

On March 30, Princess Anne is set to visit the flood-affected areas in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. She will then have to go to Bristol to visit Triodos Bank UK for their 25th anniversary.

On April 7, she is scheduled to go to St. Michael's Church in East Sussex for its 900th anniversary, attend a reception at St. James's Palace, and return to East Sussex to visit Newhaven Station, as the patron of the National Coastwatch Institution. On the next day, Princess Anne has planned four royal engagements in London, Essex, and Sussex.

As the Government has new advice every day, it remains to be seen if Princess Anne can continue working on her royal duties for March and April. As she is about to turn 70, Vogue noted that she belongs to the group of people who are vulnerable to coronavirus and at the highest risk. Hence, she should take extra precautions to avoid contracting the disease.
