Sophie, Countess of Wessex, assured the people of the U.K. that they are not alone in this fight against the coronavirus outbreak. Prince Edward's wife collaborated with her daughter, Lady Louise, to send a message of hope to all the families that are now in lockdown.

After Prime Minister Boris Johnson ordered the nationwide lockdown, including schools, parents all over Britain needed to stay at home with their kids. Social distancing is also implemented and people can only leave their homes for grocery shopping, medical appointments, and exercise, according to Express.

As a parent herself, Sophie knows the fears that all parents are suffering due to the pandemic, which is also known as Covid-19. So, to help them remove their concerns, Queen Elizabeth II's alleged most favorite daughter-in-law created a video to give parents some helpful tips during this time of crisis.

Lady Louise filmed her mom while delivering her message, which was posted on an Instagram story and shared by the royal family on Twitter. Here, Sophie gave some useful resources that parents might find helpful.

"For parents and carers, it can be a daunting time to help our children and young people through this period of uncertainty," she said, as noted on Instagram. "Make use of the resources out there and the fantastic digital communities that are sharing them and supporting them."

She also begged everyone not to feel alone as they were not the only ones in this fight against the coronavirus outbreak. She then asked everybody to be safe and assured that she was thinking of them all.

Town and Country Magazine noted the links that the royals included to the NSPCC's suggestions on how parents could talk to their kids about the disease amidst the coronavirus pandemic. They also included resources for those who support people with autism during this time and a link to the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children's Childline Challenge. It also included a daily suggestion for different activities that they could do with their kids.

Sophie understands that some parents will have to give up their time to ensure their children will be kept stimulated during these unprecedented times. So, they should never lose hope as there are a lot of resources out there that can help them. She also proudly said that some of the charities she supports are all doing brilliant work amidst the coronavirus outbreak.
