NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 20 is arriving later this week on CBS, with the title "Predators." There is another interesting, yet bizarre case the team needs to investigate her. But aside from that, Hannah Khoury will also have a personal storyline, one that could make changes to her position and future.

In the synopsis of NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 20, the team will be investigating the death of a Naval microbiologist. This person has a weird hobby and termed himself as a "myth buster." But then, this resulted in his death at the hands of a legendary bayou creature.

This is an intriguing case, so the team needs to investigate more to figure out what really happened to this Naval microbiologist. They may likely uncover some mysteries surrounding the case and they need to find out whether this person accidentally died or was actually murdered.

The upcoming episode will also see Agent Khoury investigating Deputy Director Van Cleef's recent actions. He recently demoted her, alleging that she exhibited poor judgment. Hence, we're going to see her doing everything she can to get back the ranks that she really deserves.

Hannah thinks that her demotion was unfair, considering that she's worthy of her job, smart, strong, as well as capable. She tries to find a way to get her job done, even if things get hard most of the time. So, she'll investigate why the Deputy Director demoted her just like that.

The episode also features several guest appearances, including America Olivo as Emily Landau, Jamie Jackson as Vince Boucher, Mary Crosbie as Karen Boucher, Paige Turco as Linda Pride, Shannon Marie Sullivan as Kyra Russell, Tom Lenk as Kevin McCable, and Lee Osoric as Daniel Sloane.

Meanwhile, CarterMatt noted that NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 20 will be the final one this season. This episode wasn't meant to be the original season finale, but some things changed due to the current global health crisis.

Hence, there may not be huge cliffhangers, as well as big reveals within this episode. But despite that, the series may still hint what's next for the characters. And while there is no official renewal announcement about NCIS: New Orleans season 7, many were certain the series is coming back for more.

NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 20 airs on Sunday night, Apr. 19, on CBS.
