But on March 22, V took to Weverse to share a photo of himself and the first thing that ARMYs noticed was that his perm was gone. The haircut devastated a lot of fans that they paid tribute to the BTS star’s permed hair on Twitter.
“In loving memory or taehyung's perm, a nostalgic thread,” one wrote. “Everyone say goodbye to Taehyung’s long hair and perm,” another one posted. “You’re straight lying if you say taehyung’s perm isn’t the best thing that ever happened to you,” one ARMY shared.
While ARMYs are slowly accepting the fact that V’s permed hair is gone, the 24-year-old singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor suddenly drove fans into a frenzy when he shared a photo of himself with perm rods on his hair.
“ARMYs, the perm is back,” V wrote. “What hairstyle did ARMYs pick for today?” (Check out the photo here).
As expected, fans flooded the post with comments anticipating the comeback of V’s perm. ARMYs certainly didn’t see this coming.
“OMG! AGAIN I'm in luv with this hair Style!” one wrote. “I can’t believe we are getting this back,” another one shared. “It’s what we deserve. OMFG!” one ARMY noted. And one fan simply said, “This is how I die.”
The truth is, permed hair or straight hair, V’s visuals will always be top-class. In fact, the BTS star looks so good that he is considered to be one of the three members that look unreal in person.

Do they look different from their pictures?” Some ARMYs who got the chance to meet the boys face-to-face shared that all of them look extremely good in person.
