It's no secret that BTS is the biggest boy group in the world today. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are known for selling millions of albums and promoting global brands that have also sold millions of products. However, it looks like there are some things that the idols simply cannot endorse. The 100th episode of their variety show Run BTS recently aired and it opened with the members throwing some shade at a certain television network.

There is little doubt that although the members of BTS are known for their talents, they are also loved for their quirky personalities that are displayed in their variety show Run BTS. In the series, the idols take on several hilarious challenges that usually leave fans gasping for breath in laughter. In addition to that, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, V, Jimin, and Jungkook are not shy about showing their competitive side. This is why the 100th episode of Run BTS proved to be one of the most entertaining ones to date.

In Run BTS Episode 100, the idols took over Goyang Gym, a sports center where several athletic meets have taken place. It also happens to be the same location where MBC's Idol Star Athletics Championships (ISAC) is held for several years. Interestingly, BTS have once taken part in ISAC before they opted to be blacklisted due to their hectic schedules. Unfortunately, there have been speculations that Bangtan Sonyeondan's decision not to join ISAC has made them unpopular with MBC.

It is important to point out that there are certain rules in broadcasting where shows are not allowed to mention other brands or networks. Since this is the case, Run BTS had to cover up the MBC logo in Goyang Gym with their own banners. Although this would have been perfectly fine and could have avoided mention in the 100th episode, that didn't stop the Rap Line from subtly throwing shade at the network that may have shaded them previously. Interestingly, RM, Suga, and J-Hope did it in their own hilarious way.

J-Hope was first to ask his fellow members why Goyang Gym looked so familiar. Jin quickly responded that it was because it is the same location where ISAC is held. This is when RM swooped in, censoring the title by saying, "I-something-AC." Suga then pointed out that the show airs on "M-something-C."

It's a subtle shade that didn't go unnoticed by fans. Although others pointed out that the censorship was required in broadcast, others stated that BTS simply could have avoided mentioning the other show and network but chose to do so in their own petty way. Either way, the 100th episode of Run BTS went on without a hitch.
