BTS is the biggest boy group on the planet right now. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have a huge following and ARMYs are considered to be one of the most supportive fans in the world.
That being said, big and small brands have been trying to get the BTS boys as their ambassadors. These companies know that whatever BTS promotes, it will instantly be a huge hit.
BTS’s popularity has led them to be a part of multiple advertisements. However, some of their promotional images appeared to feature “imposters” of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.
When Bodyfriend massage chairs released its BTS promotional image, ARMYs were stunned by how the boys were heavily Photoshopped. While many are aware that most ads are touched up using the raster graphics editor, the BTS members’ faces in this particular promotional image were extremely edited that they don’t look like themselves anymore. ARMYs tried to enhance the image and zoomed to see RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook more clearly. Unfortunately, it made things worse.
First up is V. While the BTS star still resembles himself in the Bodyfriend massage chairs promotional image, his right eye appeared to be bigger than the left one. (Check out the photo here).
Next is Suga. Not only is the BTS rapper’s left eye fading, but he also looks nothing like Suga at all. (Check out the photo here).
Then there’s J-Hope — if you can even call this one J-Hope. The “Chicken Noodle Soup” hitmaker is known for his delicate pointy noise, but his “imposter” has a round sniffer. As if that’s not enough, J-Hope appeared to be crossed eyed. His face is a lot chubbier than the actual BTS rapper as well. Who is this? (Check out the photo here).
Jin and Jungkook didn’t only have crooked haircuts, but they both have funky left eyes. (Check out the photos here and here). As for RM, he looked like a child with a bad toothache. His cheeks are weirdly shaped, and his eyes are not even. (Check out the photo here).
Although there is no zoomed photo available of Jimin, the group image is enough to see that the BTS star’s cheeks are so big that they looked like they’re about to burst. His head is also too big for his body.
