it's no secret that the members of SEVENTEEN put a lot of effort in the games that they play in their own variety shows. Although the idols only get minor prizes for winning in the challenges, they still manage to do their best to complete their missions on Going SEVENTEEN. However, it looks like S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino are not the only one who take these games seriously. The latest episode of the show just confirmed that even the staff who organize the games can get involved in the competition.

The latest episode of Going SEVENTEEN 2020 is the continuation of last week's episode where the idols took part in a Human Chess game. This time, lead players Mingyu and Jun came up with clever moves to avoid defeat. The human chess pieces were moved around numerous times until Kim Mingyu sprang an attack with his knight Joshua on Jun's bishop Wonwoo. This meant that Hong Jisoo and Jeon Wonwoo would have to compete in a mini-game which was to kick one of their shoes into a bucket.

At first, it looked like an easy and amazingly lucky win for Jun's team as Wonwoo successfully kicked his shoe into the bucket on his first try. However, the opposing team was quick to point out that it shouldn't count since the bucket was tipped over in Jeon Wonwoo's attempt. Needless to say, the members of SEVENTEEN began arguing over the technicality with Wonwoo's teammates insisting they should win since the shoe remained inside the bucket. Ultimately, the argument led to two PDs disagreeing about the situation.

One PD took the opposing team's side claiming that the effort should not count because the bucket was tipped over. On the other hand, the second PD argued that Wonwoo's team should be given the point since the shoe remained inside the bucket. At this point, the SEVENTEEN members declared that the two PDs should settle the whole thing by playing rock-paper-scissors. The PD who sided with Mingyu's team threw rock while the other one threw scissors, giving the victory to Joshua and giving him another chance at the shoe tossing game.

Despite all the drama that came with their second chance, it looks like Wonwoo was truly destined to succeed at the shoe tossing game. Jeon Wonwoo once again managed to kick his shoe into the bucket and this time, the bucket did not fall over. The victory gave Wonwoo's team another victory.
