13 Reasons Why season 4 is coming next month on Netflix and this serves as the final installment of the series. The previous season left most of the characters in peace, but it looks like some buried secrets will appear and hunt them.

The trailer of 13 Reasons Why season 4 has been previously released, teasing what's next to Clay Jensen and the rest. In season 3, we saw the characters covering up the incidents surrounding the death of Bryce Walker. All of it pointed to Monty de la Cruz and ended becoming the murderer.

In the clip, it's apparent that everything they've done in the past is now hunting them. Clay is particularly affected with it and he's struggling to deal with everything. He's been carrying burdens and secrets, and he'll probably need to let these out now.

At the start of the trailer, the words "Monty was framed" can be seen. It seems like someone wants to get justice and prove Monty's innocence, especially after being killed in prison. The promo suggests Winston is the one who wrote it, clearly seeking revenge for what happened.

Winston is planning something and probably wants to go after Clay and the rest. Winston knows that Monty did not kill Bryce, and he's now planning to set things straight and get the truth. This will be one of the biggest loose threads this season, something that needed to be resolved.

Alex is the one who killed Bryce, but they managed to cover up everything and pointed all out to Monty. This will be the focus of 13 Reasons Why season 4, as well the aftereffects of everything that happened. The trailer also shows Bryce and Monty haunting them, especially Clay.

13 Reasons Why has been marked with controversies due to the series' content and difficult subject matter. In fact, Hannah Baker's death in season 1 has since been removed following concerns from both experts and viewers. But season 3 was praised for handling a particular scene right.

Now, 13 Reasons Why season 4 will feature all the things that these characters have been going through. Based on the clip, it seems like they'll be dealing with complex issues. But while it's complicated, it highlights the importance of mental health, especially among teens.

The final installment stars Dylan Minnette as Clay Jensen, Christian Navarro as Tony Padilla, Alisha Boe as Jessica Davis, Brandon Flynn as Justin Foley, Miles Heizer as Alex Standall, Ross Butler as Zach Dempsey, Devin Druid as Tyler Down, Grace Saif as Ani Achola, and Deaken Bluman as Winston Williams.

13 Reasons Why season 4 premieres on Friday, June 5, on Netflix.
