It has been known that President Donald Trump and Joe Scarborough are often at each other's throat. So to get back at the former Congressman again, he recalled the sudden death of his former employee that happened almost 20 years ago.

In a series of tweet, Donald Trump wanted to revisit the death of Lori Bolterstein Klausutis in Joe Scarborough's office in 2001. The President of the United States has doubted the sudden death of the 28-year-old woman and the possible role of the cable news host in it.

According to Celebrity Insider, Klausutis used to work for the 57-year-old musician when he was still the U.S. Representative for Florida. Before she died, she was the constituent services coordinator in Fort Walton.

She suddenly met her demise at the age of 28 when she passed out and hit her head on the table. The autopsy revealed that she had a heart condition nobody knew about, and the Florida police ruled out her death was accidental and no foul play involved.

But a month before she died, Joe Scarborough left the congress. In his recent tweet, Donald Trump asked if the government would ever open Klausutis's case again. He also pointed out several suspicious details of her sudden death.

Melania Trump's husband questioned how the Morning Joe left the Congress "quietly and fast" and even called him a "nut job." He suggested her sudden passing was suspicious, after seeing her under her boss' desk with a "blow to her head." He also seemed to ask everyone to keep digging and use forensic geniuses to investigate this matter.

CNN added that Donald Trump seems to be insinuating that Joe Scarborough has something to do with the death of Klausutis. However, this conspiracy theory is not new at all. It even fuelled "left-wing attacks" against the MSNBC host in 2001.

But, the claim has been debunked since then. Anyhow, it looks like the right-wing attackers are reviving the case again now because Joe Scarborough and his show have been hitting Donald Trump.

Josh Feldman from Mediaite said that the POTUS is "roundly trashed" for insisting the theory. He seems to be promoting a conspiracy theory and ignoring the facts surrounding the case due to his intention to bring Joe Scarborough down.

This does not only hurt Joe Scarborough but Klausutis' family themselves. They declined to comment about the issue or even give interview requests recently. Although they want to say a lot about the subject, the Klausutis family members are afraid of the online trolls' retaliation about Donald Trump's tweet about the matter.
