Kimberly Alexander wanted Tristan Thompson to take another DNA test after the first one came out negative. The woman strongly insisted that Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy is the father of her child, and his first test had tampered.

Kimberly Alexander doubted the result of Tristan Thompson's first DNA test. However, experts believed that Khloe Kardashian's former partner could deny giving Alexnader another examination.

The model insisted that the DNA result had tampered, so she was asking for another one that would be safer. She stressed that there was no way she would accept the negative result, claiming that the lab used for the test was the same thing that the Kardashians used for the members of the family.

Hence, the complainant believed there was a conflict of interest, so the Cleveland Cavaliers needed to give another DNA to prove whether he is the father of his child or not. However, according to The Blast, another test result might not be allowed in court.

Two experts about Tristan Thompson's case said that Kimberly Alexander is more likely to be denied another DNA test. If the court finds the 29-year-old baller innocent of her claims, there is no way to find out what she may face for defamation.

They said that the result of his first DNA test would stand up in court, and he did not have to take a second one. Kelly Chang Rickert, family law attorney, told Hollywood Life that Kimberly Alexander's request was both "unusual and unjustified."

He explained that if there is a conclusive result, retest would not be allowed. Her claim is also a common dispute when it comes to DNA tests. So, he believes the woman is not allowed to request a second DNA test.

David Nicholson, DNA Legal's managing director, also added that DNA tests are rarely questioned in court. Only less than 0.1 percent of cases were disputed because DNA Legal tests are always 99.99% positive and 100% accurate. He also said that the paternity test is always done legally as the providers follow a strict chain of command to make sure that the result would never tamper.

Tristan Thompson stands by his claim, insisting that he is not the father of Kimberly Alexander's child, saying her accusations are all fraud. After the DNA test came out negative, he slammed her with a lawsuit and accused her of trying to put dirt on his name and reputation.
