Meghan Markle officially became part of the British Royal Family after marrying Prince Harry in 2018. With her exit on the Hollywood scene, it is believed that she made a lot of changes when it comes to her lifestyle.

But, with all the changes that she likely did, reports said that her morning routines have remained constant. As revealed, the Duchess of Sussex is a morning person.

She, reportedly, deems it as the most important part of the day as it sets the "tone" of her day. So, her morning rituals and routines are a big deal for her, according to Cheat Sheet.

Meghan Markle, reportedly, wakes up at 4:30 in the morning. Upon waking up, sources revealed that she does yoga since she is a lover of the routines.

It is not surprising why she loves yoga. As it happens, her mother, Doria Ragland is a yoga instructor in Los Angeles. Accordingly, it is likely that she grew up learning the proper poses and techniques allowing her to master it in her adult years.

After finishing her yoga routines, she, reportedly, starts to do her email tasks at 5 in the morning. It is said that she sends messages to her staff and responds to some of them.

As much as possible, Meghan Markle tries to avoid caffeine "when she can." Instead, she, reportedly, replaces it with a "special wake-up playlist."

Reports noted that this playlist was published on her lifestyle blog, The Tig. Some of the tracks, reportedly, include songs from Jackson 5.

Following these habits and rituals, the Duchess of Sussex then moves on to her "formal fitness routines." Aside from doing yoga poses and techniques, she does other cardio exercises, like running, specifically for her mental health.

As stated, she likes to "stay active" in various ways other than yoga. During her stay at Prince William and Kate Middleton's home, Kensington Palace, sources said that she was, repeatedly, "spotted" running around the Kensington Palace Green on a weekly basis.

After fulfilling her schedule in the morning, she, reportedly, officially starts her day with a "healthy breakfast." If not an acai bowl, which is her favorite, as per Business Insider, she either eats a bowl of oatmeal or an omelet.

When Meghan Markle was still a working royal, she would, reportedly, attend to all of her engagements for the rest of the day. But, now that she and Prince Harry are no longer senior members of the British Royal Family, reports said that they are likely focusing on their new endeavors and plans.

It is also unknown what time the Duchess of Sussex sleeps at night. But, before going to bed, several sources claimed that she and her husband love watching Netflix or screening films with a glass of wine or two.
