Ivanka Trump has been very popular even before her time inside the White House. Aside from being the only daughter of Donald Trump to his first wife, Ivana, the First Daughter was also a famous model and celebrity.

With her popularity and fame, it is not surprising why her fitness and diet have become a trending topic for her fans and supporters. Although some aspects of her fitness regimen have been quite obvious for others, several of her routines may, reportedly, surprise the public.

According to Cheat Sheet, Ivanka Trump previously revealed that she ate "like a teenager" before becoming a mother. However, this has since changed and focused on a much healthier lifestyle.

As revealed, the First Daughter starts her day with a large glass of lemon water. After finishing her refreshing drink, she, reportedly, follows it with a cup of coffee.

Speaking of drinks, Ivanka does not, reportedly, believe in "juice cleansing." She said that she tried it once. But, she deemed it a "total disaster."

The First Daughter then shared that upon trying it, she lasted for "eight hours." However, it felt like she was on the "brink of starvation." So, she never became a fan.

Aside from her favorite morning drinks, it was also stated that she prioritizes breakfast and lunch. For the family's first meal of the day, there are only two options as per claims. It is either a bowl of "fancy oatmeal" or Greek yogurt.

Ivanka Trump's diet, in general, has been, reportedly, focused on lean protein and low-carb meals. She also utilizes the Kosher diet, especially that her husband, Jared Kushner was said to have grown up following the same diet.

In a similar report released by Insider, it was claimed that the First Daughter's fitness and exercise routines have no specific "body targets." As claimed, she never believes in "spot-reduce" types of exercises.

While she is a huge fan of cardio exercises, the publication noted that she loves doing yoga and Pilates. She also, reportedly, wakes up at 5:30 in the morning to do her daily workout.

Alongside the physical activities, Ivanka Trump also meditates every day. She, reportedly, does it once in the morning and once in the afternoon lasting 20 minutes for each session. Although there have been times in the past when she, reportedly, missed her afternoon meditation, it was said that she ensures to do it in the morning.
