The 100 season 7 episode 7 is set to arrive within a few weeks on The CW, with the title "The Queen's Gambit." This will be an interesting episode as the story of Octavia continues here. This is something that is slowly building up in the series' final run.

The 100 season 7 episode 7 also sees the most of the characters trying to heal the Sanctum, a place that seemed to be beyond repair. Based on the synopsis, Emori will try to heal the old familial wound of the Sanctum, while Diyoza, Echo, and Octavia are struggling with the new ones.

Aside from that, there's also a question of whether or not the episode would feature Bellamy. It can be noted that Bob Morley asked some time off from the series, and his return is still uncertain right now. But since this is the series finale, the character is definitely coming back.

Meanwhile, The 100 season 7 episode 7 marks the directorial debut of series star Lindsey Morgan. It's exciting to see what the actress could offer in this episode and her impact could be immense. What's also nice about The CW shows is that the network allows stars to go behind the camera.

Other familiar faces who have directed other The CW series include Caity Lotz, Melissa Benoist, David Ramsey, as well as Jensen Ackles. For Morgan, her episode could further build up more stories in the future since the series is ending.

But before this episode, we're going to see Clarke lands into yet another different world. In "Nakara," she and her friends arrive on a planet and not everything is what it seems. All of them aren't familiar with this world, which means they're potentially facing danger.

One of the most fundamental parts of the final installment is cross-planet travel. The series often features different worlds, along with developments and mysteries. Now, we're going to see Clarke goes far beyond the Sanctum.

Perhaps, her journey could lead to different reunions and some familiar faces may appear along the way. Since the show is bouncing between different worlds, anything is possible. And as the series finale goes on, most of the loose ends and mysteries since the beginning will be resolved.

The 100 season 7 episode 7 airs on Wednesday night, July 1, on The CW.
