After news emerged that Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip closely watched Kate Middleton, she was, reportedly, pushed out by "old-fashioned aristocrats." When the Duchess of Cambridge was only starting dating Prince William, a royal author claimed the noblemen and women saw her as "tainted."

Kate Middleton seemed to find it hard to impress the old-fashioned aristocrats as they saw her "tainted due to her upbringing." When she and Prince William were only dating, she was still working for her parents' party supplies company that seemed to be the reason why the royal circles pushed her out.

In the new Channel 5 documentary, William and Kate: Too Good To Be True, royal author Tom Quinn revealed the old-fashioned people saw the future queen consort as a "disgrace." According to Express, Quinn explained that the old Etonians did not like her background, working for her parents' company.

As influential and powerful people, they could not help but belittle others, wanting to "preserve their little club." Hence, they pushed out the mother-of-three, seeing her as tainted due to her association with their family business, selling party hats that they found as a "disgrace."

This news comes after Prince William and Kate Middleton are trying their best to perform their royal duties despite the COVID-19 lockdown. The couple manages to up their game and even praise by the many as Queen Elizabeth II continues to self-isolate in Windsor Castle with her husband, Prince Philip.

Royal historian Marlene Koenig revealed that the Cambridges needed to do more royal duties to make themselves ready when the time comes that they ascend the throne. Compared to Prince Charles, their reign might be longer, so they have to take on more responsibilities.

In line with this, news emerged that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip are watching Prince William and Kate Middleton closely. The royal couple is also, reportedly, keeping a close eye to other senior royals.

Quinn also said that the members of the royal family wanted to make sure that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge would never repeat the mistakes that other young royals did. Allegedly, the senior royals never wanted it to happen again.

Hence, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip would be observing them, given that the younger royals in the past made "very badly wrong things." The said new documentary about Prince William and Kate Middleton would also feature the first time they met at St. Andrews in 2001 and their royal wedding in 2011.
