Hightown episode 7 is arriving later this week on Starz, with the title "Everybody's Got a Cousin in Miami." This is a significant episode, given that we're approaching the finale. There are only two episodes left this season, which means things could get even more intense from here.
One of the most dangerous men within the series is Osito. He's doing much of Frankie's bidding and could get away with what he wants. It's hard to stop and take him down, as it'd difficult to get proof on him. So, everything proved to be challenging entering Hightown episode 7.
It's obvious that Osito is the person responsible for the death of Krista Collins. However, it's hard to pin everything on him -- unless Junior talks. But then, this puts him in a dangerous position. Jackie and Ray need to act on time as Osito could kill Junior so that he could save his own hide.
Jackie is closer to getting some information and she's eager to right her wrongdoings in the past. She feels guilty over the fact that she could've saved Krista, but didn't happen. Thus, in Hightown episode 7, Jackie will likely do everything that she can to save Junior.
Meanwhile, there is no need to worry about the future of the series as Starz already renewed Hightown for a second season. The network previously confirmed this news, though we may have to wait for a little while as the new installment won't be coming back anytime soon.
Because of the current global health crisis, filming may not start immediately. There are a lot of things that should be considered first, most especially the health and safety of everyone. Cast and crew could start working when the situation gets better.
When it comes to ratings, the network revealed the series was the best performing shows across the STARZ App and OTT platforms to date. It is one of the best-performing programs in the network and performs well in digital viewership. Hence, the renewal of the series only makes sense.
The show keeps on delivering a unique and interesting plot. One of the interesting things about it is that it brings stories derived from the location and the characters' traits. And since the story of the current season is close to being solved, new mysteries may likely emerge for the second installment.
