[Stargirl episode 8 is scheduled to arrive next month on the DC Universe, with the title "Shiv Part Two." Within this episode, we're going to learn more about the potential origin of the comic-book villain. The first part of the story is set to air next week.
For those who aren't familiar with Shiv, Cindy Berman becomes this character. The first part will likely give more details as to who this character is. And then in Stargirl episode 8, the story is probably all about the character's progression and how everything concludes.
Cindy/Shiv is one of the greatest rivals of Stargirl. The character is initially considered as the usual mean girl in high school, but it's clear that there's more to her. In the two-part episode, we're going to learn more about her -- including her background and how she becomes Shiv.
There's also a question about whether or not Shiv knows much about Courtney. There is a big battle coming between them, something that could put Stargirl in a tight spot. This is the toughest one yet since the enemy is someone the titular character is familiar with.
But apart from the Shiv's storyline, the episode also sees the story of the young JSA continues to play out. Stargirl now has Wildcat, Hourglass, as well as Dr. Mid-Nite. However, none of them are really prepared as to what's coming next.
One of the things they need to do now is to find a way to be unified for a short period of time. This is the only way for them to stay alive through some of the things that will happen in the future. Their latest mission in the episode is going undercover.
According to the synopsis of Stargirl episode 8, Courtney has gotten herself into trouble after an unexpected confrontation. So, Pat decided they should come clean to Barbara. Cindy, on the other hand, takes heat from her father after a plan to take matters into her own hands goes awry.
As for Yolanda, Beth, and Rick, they will lead an investigation into one of their own classmates. A lot of things are still coming for the rest of the characters. After all, the JSA is not yet complete and the journey of these teenage heroes will continue to develop.
Stargirl episode 8 airs on Monday night, July 6, on the DC Universe. The episode will then arrive on The CW the following day, Tuesday, July 7.
