SLEEPING PATTERNS HAVE CHANGED

Insomnia is one of the most common scenarios depressed patients often experienced. Patients who are depressed tend to have symptoms like difficulty falling asleep, daytime sleepiness, difficulty of staying asleep, and restless sleep.

To change this, you have to start scheduling your sleeping and waking time. You also have to keep out any bright light in your room most specifically the ones from gadgets. Ditching alcohol and caffeine can also help, as advised by Sleep Foundation.

EATING PATTERNS CHANGED

Some foods tend to make people feel depressed. Giving in, its amazing flavors acts like a bait that could only make you crave for these kinds of foods even more. Slowly without you knowing, could push you to the end of the line, as explained by Harvard.

This is the reason why experts are encouraging people to focus more on eating fresh produce like fruits and veggies instead of fatty, sugary, and salty foods, high-carb pasta, and processed meat. Foods such as fish and yogurt are also best to consume.
