A new report claimed that Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle once shared a tense moment. Royal author Tom Quinn shared that the incident may have started their rift.
Quinn revealed that Kate Middleton was “horrified” as Meghan Markle ranted at the Palace staff. "After a couple of incidents, the foot-stamping incident and getting cross with one of the people that worked for Kate, there was a kind of frostiness because, as I understand it from my contacts, Harry felt that Meghan was being judged harshly,” he said.
Being the husband, Prince Harry, reportedly, backed Meghan Markle’s actions. This allegedly caused the rift between the Cambridges and Sussexes.
After being dubbed as the “Royal Fab Four,” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shockingly removed themselves from their joint foundation with Prince William and Kate Middleton. This move seemingly cemented the rumors that they were indeed feuding. "That was such an obvious sign that things were not going well,” Tom Quinn noted.
Meanwhile, before her marriage to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle was a Hollywood actress so she had dealt with a lot of people, worked with them, and some worked for her as staff.
Now that she is a member of the royal family, Meghan Markle still has staff working for her. Her life as a celebrity would have already given the Duchess of Sussex the idea of how to deal with the staff, but a report claimed that she’s very bad at it.
Just like some reports about Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Sussex is once again being compared to the Duchess of Cambridge. This time, however, it is about handling their staff members, and fans of Prince Harry’s wife are not very happy about it.
According to a royal insider, Kate Middleton is a great and reasonable boss. As for Meghan Markle, she was branded by palace insiders as “Duchess Difficult.” The Sun alleged that the Duchess of Sussex berated one of her staff members, and Kate, reportedly, told her not to do it.
After reading the story, Meghan Markle’s fans were outraged, saying that there is no truth to the claims. They even demanded that the publication should apologize for the false report.
