Meghan Markle is making a fresh start in the U.S. with Prince Harry and their son Archie. Harry and the Duchess of Sussex are living in Los Angeles after officially stepping down from their senior royal roles at the end of March.

But before going back to Meghan's hometown the pair lived in the U.K. where they quickly became two of the most popular members of the royal family. However, Harry and the Duchess of Sussex decided the royal life was not for them.

Now, Meghan and Harry are back to a place where everything started for the former actress. Meghan was a Hollywood celebrity before marrying the younger brother of Prince William in 2018.

Meghan started her career in the entertainment world as a briefcase model on the game show Deal or No Deal. She then became an actress and landed the role of Rachel Zane in Suits.

Meghan has had her share of cringeworthy interviews. While promoting Suits on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in 2013 the host made jokes which made her uncomfortable. During the interview Meghan shared that she was "born and raised" in Los Angeles. Joking that there are not many natives left in the southern California city, she said, "Yes, I'm one of the five. You can pinch me, I'm real!"

Scottish comedian Craig Ferguson took the offer and clutched at Meghan Markle's biceps. He did it a couple more times until the former actress stopped him and said "No." The host then commented that Meghan had a "strangely hairless body." He said that she was "absolutely hair-free."

Meghan clearly looked embarrassed but played along with Ferguson's jokes and laughed - albeit uncomfortably. The show concluded with another uncomfortable moment. After a few more jokes Ferguson said: "Alright let's do an awkward pause and get you out of here!" The scene then showed the host and Meghan sitting uncomfortably next to one another while looking bored. The pair then waved at the screen.

It was previously reported Meghan was already crafting her brand even before meeting Harry. Judging by her reaction during the interview with Ferguson the moment may have not fit into her plans.
