Another former staffer of The Ellen DeGeneres Show has broken her silence over the alleged toxic work environment the show has and Ellen DeGeneres' so-called mean attitude. Ex-producer Hedda Muskat cannot deny the "culture of fear" happening on the set when she joined the show in 2003.

Muskat told The Wrap that she had never seen anything like it before after working on The Howie Mandel Show and The Martin Short ShowShe, too, had never been around a toxic host, despite being on different chat shows and a Daytime Emmy Award winner.

Muskat revealed executive producer Ed Glavin had something to do with the alleged negative surrounding the office had. She even recalled an incident where he, allegedly, yelled at a crew during a staff meeting.

At the time, she said Glavin just "went off" on them. They were even stunned to see his whole face turned red.

As the show's host, Muskat was waiting for DeGeneres to say something but she only giggled. She claimed that Portia de Rossi's partner only crossed her legs up on the chair and said that every production "needed their dog."

From then, Muskat seemed to confirm that Glavin was DeGeneres' barking do, which made everyone's face went hard. Knowing that they're all professionals and adults, they questioned the need to have a "dog" to make them do their jobs.

Sadly, Muskat revealed that DeGeneres was the only one who was giggling. Twelve months into the show, she alleged that she was put on the sideline and given fewer responsibilities. She was ultimately let go in May 2004.

At the time, it was only days before she won her first Emmy. Glavin called and congratulated her on the nomination. But, he, then, told her they no longer needed her service, as the producers were taking the show in a "different direction."

Despite the rumors surrounding the show, Us Weekly reported it's planning to make a move forward. Its producers held a meeting with its staff member, a week after WarnerMedia launched the internal investigation.

A source told Us Weekly that they "addressed" the media reports during the talk and assured that they wanted their team to have fun at work. They even acknowledged that there were truths on the allegations, but there were also lies.

They are, now, working on these issues and promising that things will be "very different" now. As Ellen is known for bringing "so much happiness and fun," they know that it should have a happy work environment, too.
