David and Victoria Beckham are allegedly forcing their son, Brooklyn, and his fiancée, Nicola Peltz, to change their wedding date so Prince Harry and Megan Markle can attend the nuptials. A tabloid implied that the Beckham couple is getting a little overbearing about their son's wedding.

Woman's Day published a story this week claiming David and Victoria Beckham are becoming too "royal-obsessed" and it has been affecting the wedding of their son. The A-list couple reportedly forced Brooklyn and Nicole to change their wedding date to accommodate the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

David and Victoria have been known as close friends of Harry and Meghan. The former professional footballer and Victoria attended the royal wedding of the Sussexes in 2018.

Apparently, the Beckhams wanted their son's nuptials to be the most star-studded wedding of all time, with Harry and Meghan at the top of the guest list. A source told the tabloid that the royal couple's schedule is so hectic that David and Victoria want to send them their invitation as early as possible.

In her recent post on Instagram, Posh Spice wished Brooklyn, 21, and Nicola, 25, a lifetime of happiness. Clearly, the Spice Girls member is excited for her eldest son's engagement. However, it doesn't mean she will impose her terms on her son's wedding preparations.

Gossip Cop also dismissed the rumor that the Beckham couple forced their son to accommodate the Sussexes' schedule. The outlet pointed out Brooklyn and Nicola only announced their engagement just a few weeks ago. They could be talking about their dream wedding but it is highly unlikely that they already set a date for the event.

Many celebrity weddings this year had to be postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. It is unlikely that Brooklyn and Nicola would set a wedding date this year when there is no certainty anyone could witness the nuptians in person.

In addition, Gossip Cop noted Woman's Day wasn't exactly accurate in its stories about the Beckhams. It earlier alleged David and Victoria Beckham were on the verge of divorcing.

A source of the tabloid claimed the couple was just trying to act normal for the sake of their children. Gossip Cop debunked the rumor.

In December, the same tabloid claimed Victoria was furious with her husband after he "flirted" with Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke. The fashion designer reportedly got mad after David posted a photo of him and Clarke that was taken at a Fleetwood Mac concert last year. Gossip Cop dismissed the rumor.
