Kang Daniel gave his DANITY fandom an unexpected surprise when he revealed what he really felt about them when he thought his video call was not connected.

According to a report by All Kpop, the "Who U Are" singer was overheard talking to his staff during a video fan sign event where he went on video calls to interact with a chosen number of fans.

The fan said that she accidentally overheard Kang Daniel talking to someone in between video calls of his fansign event. He did not realize that the fan was already on the call while he was talking.

The accident turned out to be a blessing for fans who wanted to know what the idol thought about them when he was not promoting his activities.

The fan shared the clip online, which warmed the hearts of the DANITY fandom. On the clip, Kang Daniel could be overheard describing his DANITY fandom as kind. This was before he realized that his fan overheard his private conversation.

Fans said that Kang Daniel should not be surprised that DANITY loved him so much. They said that he was only reaping the fruits of the kindness that he always showed them.

As DANITY shared more clips from the online event, they were even more impressed by Daniel's ability to interact with fans, cater to their requests, and make them feel special, even for the duration of the video call.

Kang Daniel launched his career as a solo artist last year after WANNA One's disbandment and founded his own agency, KONNECT Entertainment. As one of the youngest CEOs in the music industry, he impressed fans by constantly making sure that they get the best experience in attending his events.

He recently celebrated his first-year anniversary as a solo artist by breaching the one million units of albums sold for his three releases.

According to a report, Kang Daniel's albums Color on Me, CYAN, and Magenta recorded 1,011,380 in aggregate album sales, which is a major achievement for a young artist. 

He also continued to surprise DANITY with innovative new material. For his recent comeback album, Kang Daniel invited rap icons Simon Dominic Jamie, Yumdda, and DVWN to collaborate on the songs for his album, Soompi reported. 

Kang Daniel has also continued to level up the choreography for his tracks, making fans eager for his performances on music shows. He recently received his first music show win for "Who U Are" from MTV's The Show
