Kate Middleton has, apparently, taken up a new hobby amid the coronavirus lockdown. This time, she's sharing the fun with her children -- Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

According to reports, Kate and her kids were seen visiting the local market in Norfolk over the weekend to shop at the quirky Mabel's Paint Pot. Presumably, the Duchess of Cambridge bought painting supplies, as well as ceramic painting pots, mugs or plates for a summer project with the kids.

Mabel's Paint Pot is known for its "extensive range of blank bisque items." People of any age and painting skills can create something beautiful out of these items.

The store also apparently offers decopatch, a process of covering items with colorful and decorative paper to turn these into works of art. It's not farfetched that the Duchess of Cambridge might also want her children to try this creative activity.

According to a Twitter post, Kate and the royal kids might have spent time the weekend afternoon at the store's craft area as well. Aside from enjoying arts and crafts, Mabel's Paint Pot also has sweets and treats.

In the book Finding Freedom, authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand noted that Kate and Prince William have a direct and active parenting approach to their children. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very involved in raising George, Charlotte and Louis in every way.

They guide their kids in their homework and have recently divided time homeschooling their two older children during the coronavirus lockdown. Prince William and Kate, also, share the duties in the kitchen and, apparently, make the effort to cook the meals for the family despite having a personal chef.

Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate are, reportedly, still visiting Balmoral this summer with George, Charlotte and Louis. They are expected to reunite with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, whom the children haven't seen in person since the lockdown in the middle of March.

Two weeks ago, Prince William and Kate brought their brood of three to the charming paradise in the Isles of Scilly for a short staycation. Witnesses said that the family of five happily rode bikes and visited some of the local destinations to discover the beach town.

Prince William, reportedly, had fond memories of this tiny island in the southwest coast of England as a child. In 1989, he also spent a holiday in the Isle of Scilly with Prince Charles, Princess Diana and Prince Harry.
