Angela Kelly, Queen Elizabeth's long-time aide and dresser, is, apparently, heartbroken over how she was depicted in the biography Finding Freedom, which detailed the misunderstanding about Meghan Markle's wedding tiara.

Sources close to Kelly told Daily Express that the royal aide, who has been working for Queen Elizabeth since the 1990s, is not happy about her inclusion in the controversy. The source added that the Kelly feels upset because she isn't allowed to air her side of the story

Finding Freedom authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand wrote that the tiara row started off as a rumor during Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding preparations. The book detailed what, apparently, really happened and pinpointed Kelly as the cause of the petty problem.

The biography alluded that Kelly refused to travel to London when Meghan asked to try out the tiara she was supposed to wear for her wedding. Kelly apparently reminded the future duchess that she had to set an appointment and she cannot just spring up, demanding what she needed. This tension apparently earned Meghan the nickname "Duchess Difficult" among the royal aides.

Scobie said, in an interview, with True Royalty TV that Meghan's makeup artist and hairdresser from abroad were in Buckingham Palace at that time. They asked to borrow the tiara to practice working on the headpiece.

Meghan, apparently, kept trying to book with Kelly but she had problems in pinning down a suitable arrangement with the Queen's dresser. They didn't get the chance to try the tiara until a few days leading up to her wedding day.

While this was going on, Prince Harry intervened and, reportedly, yelled at Kelly for not making an effort to help his bride. The book, also, suggested that Harry felt there were people serving the royal institution who make life for Meghan difficult. This was one of his growing frustrations as working royal.

These details, especially the use of coarse language against Kelly, was rebuked by another aide close to Queen Elizabeth. Citing the book's account as "completely ridiculous," the source said that Prince Harry would not have yelled at Kelly as he respects her value to the Queen.

Kelly is, also, a close confidante and friend of Her Majesty. She is one of the chosen few who received approval from the monarch herself to publish a book about working for the royal family. Kelly is the author of The Other Side of the Coin: The Queen, the Dresser and the Wardrobe.
