Kylie Jenner has been receiving backlash again from netizens over her travel amid the coronavirus pandemic. While most Americans are not allowed to travel internationally at the moment, Kylie reportedly got an exemption and was able to enjoy Paris.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared several photos from her trip to the French city but it got a negative reaction from fans. Netizens were upset that Kylie got to travel in Europe while many can't see their loved one because of COVID-19 restrictions even though they are living in the same state.

E! News cited a source as saying the reality star was able to enter France on a "business exemption." She reportedly had meetings with the Paris-based cosmetics company Coty and brought her friends along on the trip.

According to Mirror, the U.S. Embassy website confirmed that the French government only allows Americans to visit the country at the moment on "rare" occasions or if they have a business activity that is crucial to the French economy. But many pointed out that Kylie doesn't seem to be on a business trip.

Based on the photos that she shared on social media, Jenner seemed to have taken a non-essential trip to Paris with her friends. She posted snaps of her roaming around the city with some pals, including a visit to the Louvre Museum.

Kylie Jenner also shared a couple of pictures of her outside a Louis Vuitton store in the city. She likewise posted on her Instagram Story her purchases after going on a shopping trip.

Many of her followers were disappointed about Jenner's trip to Paris. She received lots of hateful comments on her social media accounts from furious netizens.

One asked how the young businesswoman was able to travel to Paris while she had to do tons of paperwork for her to visit a loved one. Another said if Jenner only needs to talk to the Cody bosses, why can't she do it over a video call like everyone else today.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time that Kylie Jenner has been slammed for ignoring social-distancing recommendations and undertaking what seemed like nonessential travel while the rest of the world waits out the pandemic. In July, the Kylie Cosmetics founder took a luxury vacation in Canyon Point, Utah. Earlier this month, she had a birthday vacation in Turks and Caicos.

Kylie's sister Kim Kardashian was also earlier criticized for her family vacation in the Dominican Republic earlier this month. Last month, Kendall Jenner was likewise slammed for violating California's order of no social gatherings with people from multiple households when she was spotted dining out at a known sushi spot in Malibu with some friends.
