Kanye West is interested in purchasing his third ranch in Wyoming, mainly for his horses. The rapper is, reportedly, eyeing the Double Doc Ranch, which currently houses three of his 14 Friesian horses.
The 76.5-acre property is, reportedly, a premier equestrian training facility in North West Wyoming. It is listed in the market for $3.39 million and according to TMZ, Kanye is in talks of purchasing it.
According to Hayden Outdoors Real Estate, the longtime owners of the Double Doc Ranch listed the estate as an "exceptional boarding and training ranch" in Cody. It could provide first-class accommodations for equestrians, employees, and guest clinicians.
It has a 16-stall barn that is attached to a large heated indoor arena, an outdoor arena, multiple stall outdoor barns, and cattle pens.
The purchase hasn't been finalized yet. Once it does, the other horses of the West family will be moving to their new home. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian own 14 Friesians, which is a rare horse breed that cost anywhere between $7,000 and $600,000.
Aside from the facilities for horses, the property has the main residence with six bedrooms, a game room, an air-conditioned solarium, and a double fireplace in the family room. It, also, features a commercially equipped kitchen, an outdoor grilling station, and a pool, which overlooks the mountains.
The main residence has an attached two and four-car garage. The huge estate, also, has two cabins separate from the main house, perfect for either employees or guests.
Kanye West, currently, has two properties in Cody, Wyoming. One he bought in September 2019 for $14 million. Two months later, he purchased the Bighorn Mountain Ranch for $14.5 million.
The 42-year-old rapper has been staying at his Cody ranch while running his 2020 presidential campaign. The Jesus is King singer launched his presidential bid through a tweet while staying at his Wyoming property. There is where he also took refuge after he had a meltdown at his first campaign rally in South Carolina.
Kim Kardashian and their four children, recently, spent time with Kanye at the ranch following their vacation in the Dominican Republic. In addition, the Life of Pablo rapper recently revived his Sunday Service at the ranch.
It was previously reported that West wanted to stay in Cody permanently. He, allegedly, wanted his family to move with him but Kim was against the idea. Kanye West, also, recently, got approval for his plan to build a mega-mansion on his lakeside ranch.
