BTS has units like most of the K-pop groups in the industry. RM, Suga, and J-Hope are part of the “Rap Line,” while Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are part of the “Vocal Line.” Even though all of the boys are great dancers, JH, JM, and JK are considered to be the main members of the “Dance Line.”

But just because BTS has units, that does not mean that the members’ talents are only limited to which team they are assigned to. In fact, many believe that V should be a part of the “Dance Line” because of how much his dancing skills have improved.

And despite being the main vocalist of BTS, Jungkook can rap really well. In their earlier songs, the Golden Maknae was given a lot of rap lines, such as “We Are Bulletproof Pt. 2” and “No More Dream.”

As for the “Rap Line,” they can sing pretty decently if they take things seriously. RM, Suga, J-Hope would normally joke around when trying to sing a song, but ARMYs get to hear their angelic voices when they thought nobody was watching.

In Episode 2 of In the SOOP, J-Hope can be seen lounging on a chair as he was checking something on his phone under a tent. Viewers then suddenly heard someone singing beautifully of Park Hyo Shin’s “Breath.” Due to the angle of the camera, it was hard to see who was singing. But based on the quality of the voice, ARMYs assumed it was Jungkook.

But after watching the clip in repeat, ARMYs realized it was J-Hope who was singing and not Jungkook. While many already knew that the “Chicken Noodle Soup” hitmaker has a beautiful voice, they were still shocked to hear it. (Watch the clip here).

“That was Hobi, I thought it was Kookie for a second,” one commented. “Not only can he rap and dance extremely well, but he has amazing vocals too. Like he could become a vocalist if he really wants to and be given a chance by BH. Just listen to his vocals!” an ARMY wrote. And one simply declared, “Jung Hoseok vocal king.”

ARMYs have pointed out numerous times that J-Hope joined Big Hit Entertainment as a vocalist. V was supposed to be on the “Rap Line,” but wanted to be on the “Vocal Line.” JH then decided to give V his spot and learned rap from scratch.
