Brad Pitt hasn't spoken about his romance with German model Nicole Poturalski. His friends, however, were reportedly not impressed by Brad's new love and they were worried that Poturalski is only using the actor for his fame.
New Idea published a story accusing Poturalski of using the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actor to become famous. The tabloid cited some supposed pals of Brad who are worried about Nicole's motive in getting close to the actor.
The outlet noted, as an example, Poturalski's Instagram account. The account was reportedly got verified a few days after photos of her and Pitt were shared online.
The tabloid also tagged Poturalski as a "heartbreaker." Brad's friends were allegedly concerned that Nicole would only break the actor's heart because she is still married to Berlin restaurateur Roland Mary.
Gossip Cop, however, wasn't convinced of New Idea's claim that Nicole Poturalski is only using Brad Pitt to build a name for herself. The publication said, if that is the case, Poturalski should have jumped to the media buzz about their new romance and publicly made a statement about it.
The buzz about Pitt and Poturalski's relationship started when they were spotted last month in Paris boarding a private aircraft together. It was reported that the two were en route to the South of France at the time.
However, according to Entertainment Tonight, the two have been hanging out since November 2019. Back then, they were photographed sitting side by side at Kanye West's November 25 concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Alia Shawkat, who was also linked to the actor, was also at the event and sat behind Brad and Nicole.
From that time until today, both the Fight Club actor and Nicole remain mum about their relationship. As for Poturalski's marriage, it appears that she is in an open relationship with her husband.
Gossip Cop stressed the 27-year-old model has been creating a name on her own even before her relationship with Pitt was revealed. In fact, she's on the cover of Elle Germany before the romance was revealed.
On the issue of Nicole's newly-verified IG account, Gossip Cop said it wasn't surprising since anyone could easily get verified as long as they met the criteria of the platform. Naturally, Poturalski's name has been highly searched for the past weeks after her relationship with Pitt was revealed.
The outlet added that, though Pitt is one of the most notable Hollywood stars today, he doesn't have any social media presence. Therefore, Brad doesn't have much clout in this area.
