The COVID-19 pandemic has, reportedly, put Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship to a test. Allegedly, the couple had a rough time when they spent their coronavirus quarantine time at the country singer's Oklahoma ranch.

According to Us Weekly, Stefani and Shelton are "working through a rough patch" after spending most of their pandemic time at his ranch. A source told the publication they "feel suffocated and stressed," stretching themselves to the limit.

Us noted the issues the two are facing come from the stress of moving to their new house. They recently bought a new home together -- a $13.2-million mansion, located in the Encino neighborhood in Los Angeles -- and the transition might have got the best of them.

The insider continued their friends revealed their move had "turned into a nightmare." This may be the "toughest period" in their romance that they have experienced so far in their almost five years together.

Anyhow, the two remain hopeful. The couple both know how to compromise, so they are confident they can work things out.

Shelton and Stefani always find a way to "work through any tension" in their relationship and see the bigger picture.

Meanwhile, Shelton took a trip down memory lane when he shared an old photo of himself with a long brown hair from the ACM Awards several years ago on Instagram. He was on the red carpet in the snap, wearing a brown leather jacket paired with a cowboy hat and giving the photographer a peace sign.

In the caption, he asked his followers if he should bring back this look for this year's AMC Awards. One fan said she did love Shelton, but didn't want him to sport that looks again. A second fan added he should never do so while the third one would like to ask Stefani. However, some fans wanted him to return his past image and do a Thistle Hill Ranch show.

The ACM Awards takes place on Thursday, Sep. 17, in Nashville, Tennessee, hosted by Keith Urban. Shelton is set to perform Happy Anywhere, along with his girlfriend, Stefani, Hello! noted.

Shelton announced their performance in a post on Instagram, saying they would be performing live.

Blake and Stefani first met on the set of The Voice in 2014. After a year, the two started dating.

At the time, they both came from a failed marriage. Stefani was previously married to the Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, while Shelton to Miranda Lambert.
