Katie Holmes’ love life has been a hot topic for tabloids for years. After her failed marriage to Tom Cruise, the media became very interested in the actress’s romantic relationships.

According to Heat, Katie Holmes is “head over heels” for her new boyfriend, Emilio Vitolo. An insider claimed that the Batman Begins star has “never been afraid to follow her heart,” which is why “she wants this man to be her husband without delay.”

Katie Holmes and Emilio Vitolo have only known each other for months, so her willingness to marry him right away is “incredibly dramatic and out of the blue,” as per the unnamed source. They went on to say that Katie prefers to have “a more casual affair” than her extravagant wedding with Tom Cruise in 2006.

Heat claims that Katie Holmes is even considering eloping with Emilio Vitolo somewhere like Las Vegas. The tabloid ended the story by saying that the actress will “announce it once they’ve made it official.”

But, Gossip Cop quickly slammed the report, stating that there is no truth to the claims. The site even wondered where Heat got the idea of Katie Holmes having an “incurable romantic” reputation.

For over a decade, Katie Holmes only publicly dated two men — Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx. Gossip Cop noted that tabloids had claimed numerous times that the actress was set to marry Jamie, but it never happened. Meaning, there was no solid basis for their allegations.

That said, Gossip Cop takes Heat's new report as one of those unreliable stories about Katie Holmes’ love life. The site reached out to the Dawson’s Creek star’s spokesperson, who said that it’s not true at all.

While the claims about Katie Holmes ready to make Emilio Vitolo her husband is absolutely false, Gossip Cop admitted that it looks like the pair is in a romantic relationship. The duo has yet to publicly confirm their status.

Gossip Cop, then, pointed out that this is not the first time Heat has claimed a celebrity has eloped this month. Last week, the tabloid alleged that Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson are eloping because Gwyneth Paltrow was meddling in their romance.

Gossip Cop brutally said that it seemed like Heat just recently learned about the word “elope,” and wanted to use it as much as possible. The site shared that the tabloid is just simply inventing celebrity weddings.
