Ivanka Trump turned 39-years-old on Friday. She announced on Twitter that she would be celebrating her birthday in the states of Wisconsin and Michigan.

As the eldest daughter and senior advisor of the U.S. President, she has remained loyal to her father's bid. Instead of celebrating her birthday with a lavish party, she continued with her campaigning efforts in hopes of retaining Donald Trump's position inside the White House.

Following her social media updates, the Daily Express reported that netizens had mixed reactions toward her announcement. While supporters and followers shared their greetings, critics and detractors continued to mock her.

Several individuals took their time to slam Ivanka Trump in the comment section of her post. Many of them even utilized the current death toll in the United States due to COVID-19.

"230,000 Americans will spend theirs in a grave Ivanka," one netizen said, while sarcastically wishing her a "Happy Birthday." Another quipped that the hundreds of thousands of "dead people" due to the novel coronavirus would not "feel so good" about her special day.

Based on Worldometers' data, over 235,000 Americans, unfortunately, met their demise due to the pandemic. Not to mention, there are still over 3 million individuals in the country who are continuing to fight for their lives amid their COVID-19 contractions.

As others continue to criticize Ivanka Trump for her alleged "incompetence" amid the coronavirus crisis, several critics poked fun at her in the same thread, insisting that she will be in prison soon. They seemingly believe that if Donald Trump loses the race against Joe Biden, the members of the First Family will go to jail.

"[Your] next birthday will likely be spent in prison," a netizen replied after encouraging her to "enjoy" her remaining days. "This will be your [birthday] present," a different Twitter user posted, alongside an edited photo of Donald Trump behind bars.

The unfriendly birthday wishes came after the First Daughter emphasized in her earlier post that she wanted her father to stay in the Oval Office for another four years, noting that it would be the "best birthday gift." This, then, seemingly allowed many critics to come up with more puns and jokes.

Despite all the cold birthday wishes, though, Ivanka Trump still received warm messages from avid supporters. Many of them even described her as "beautiful" while giving their greetings.

"I admire your family's work ethic," one fan tweeted, after deeming the First Family as "awesome" and "great role models." Another follower even wished that God may "grant" her desires toward her father's race, emphasizing that they would "need it as bad as" they do.
