miHoYo mentioned that the upcoming "Genshin Impact" update would roll out improvements on the controversial Resin, and one of the solutions involves Condensed Resin.

On Nov. 11, miHoYo is set to release the first significant update of the hit ARPG title, "Genshin Impact." With the new update, players could store up Resin using the item called Condensed Resin. As a craftable item in "Genshin Impact," Condensed Resin requires a special blueprint.

To unlock the blueprint, players must reach City Reputation level 3 in the Liyue region. When the blueprint is available, "Genshin Impact" players must visit a Crafting Bench and use 1 Crystal Core, 100 Mora, and 40 Original Resin. Condensed Resin can also be used to complete Petrified Trees and Ley Lines Blossoms in Domain encounters.

With this item, "Genshin Impact" players get two sets of loot instead of the usual one. Essentially, Condensed Resin could increase player's farming efficiency. It is worth noting that players are only allowed to hold a maximum of three Condensed Resin at a time. Compared to using Original Resin, Condensed Resin is more expensive, but it saves players lots of farming time.

The trade-off between these two important elements is time, which for some users is a great deal. At present, Original Resin is a commodity capped at 120 and regenerates at the rate of one Resin per eight minutes. Essentially, it takes 16 real-world hours for "Genshin Impact" platers to fully regenerate Orignal Resin.

Another important item that "Genshin Impact" players would want to store for the upcoming update is the Crystal Cores since it is needed to craft Condensed Resin. At present, there is not much use for the item, and some players might not be aware of them. Technically, this item is the core of a crystal butterfly and absorbs elemental energy that escaped in the atmosphere.

Finding Crystal Cores in "Genshin Impact" is a bit tricky for players who do not know where to look. Some already have this item on their inventory. But, for players who would like to farm it, the item could be found in the Liyue region of Teyvat.

There are specific areas where Crystal Cores could be found, including Ciujue Slope, Mt. Tianheng, and the western area of the Bishui Plains. "Genshin Impact" players could also visit Guyun Stone Forest and the canyons of Mt. Aozang to farm Crystal Cores.

Meanwhile, Update 1.1 is anticipated to introduce new features, including a new zone to navigate, new characters, and a new reputation system that will offer players more chances to earn rewards in "Genshin Impact."
