Fear the Walking Dead season 6 episode 7 is set to arrive this weekend on AMC, with the title "Damage From the Inside." This is going to be the midseason finale, so viewers should be prepared for more action packed-scenes and unexpected twists and turns.

Fear the Walking Dead season 6 episode 7 will see most of the characters in an interesting, yet precarious position. Virginia (Colby Minifie) remains to be the Big Bad and she is now desperate to ensure the safety of her younger sister, Dakota (Zoe Colletti).

While trying to locate Dakota, Virginia needs to deal with her current situation, as well. In episode 6, the leader of the Pioneer was amputated. A walker bit her hand and June (Jenna Elfman) saved her rather than letting her die. She amputated her arm and got permission to set up a hospital in exchange.

Initially, June planned to escape Virginia with her husband, John (Garret Dillahunt). The couple promised to leave after June was done helping the victims of the Tank Town explosion. But, after what happened, she decided to stay while her husband leaves her behind and runs away by himself.

Now, Fear the Walking Dead season 6 episode 7 shifts its focus to other characters. Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Charlie (Alexa Nisenson) is at the front and center of everything that's going to happen. The duo tries to find Dakota, though it's uncertain whether they'll be successful on their mission.

Based on the synopsis, Strand (Colman Domingo) will send Alicia and Charlie on a search and rescue mission in order to find Dakota. This is seemingly a simple task at first, but the situation gets a little bit complicated and dangerous along the way.

The sneak peek of Fear the Walking Dead season 6 episode 7 featured Alicia and Charlie out in the field. The two have been out there for months and still don't have answers regarding Dakota's whereabouts. They probably felt betrayed by Strand, that's why Alicia doesn't answer his communications.

As for what else is coming, an unlikely ally offers a new possibility of escape from Virginia. It remains to be seen whether or not most of the characters could get away from her. However, there could be huge changes here, given that this is the midseason finale.

Virginia is a dangerous foe, but considering her current situation, the heroes could possibly defeat her. After all, the series won't be all about the community forever. Some will be moving elsewhere and this storyline will need to be wrapped up, eventually.

Fear the Walking Dead season 6 episode 7 will air on Sunday, Nov. 22, on AMC.
