Prince Harry closed a "massive" deal with Netflix, alongside Meghan Markle, earlier this year. Considering that they are no longer working royals, they now have the freedom to resort to other ways to stabilize their finances.

Their hundred million-worth agreement with the streaming giant has allowed them to pay back the costs of the renovations they did at Frogmore Cottage. It has, also, opened new doors for them in the new chapter of their lives in the United States.

However, controversies continue to develop following Netflix's release of The Crown Season 4. Many royal experts and followers criticized the show for its inaccurate and negative portrayals of the British Royals, particularly Prince Charles, Princess Diana, and Camilla Parker Bowles.

Reports said that many members of the British Royal Family are not happy with the series. Several sources, also, noted that many royals have already broken their silence to criticize the show.

The case is different, however, for Prince Harry, who has maintained his silence. Royal commentators and experts expressed their disappointments toward the Sussexes, according to the Daily Express. Many of them believe that the royal-born Prince, as well as Meghan Markle, refrains from speaking to avoid upsetting Netflix.

Speaking to talkRADIO's Mike Graham, royal expert Olivia Utley stated that Prince Harry appears to have "ignored" the consequences and "conflicts of interests" when he signed the deal with Netflix. The duo conceded that this has hindered the Sussex couple from speaking against the streaming giant.

Graham explained that Prince William has now "interfered" with BBC's investigation into Martin Bashir's 1995 interview with Princess Diana. He added that, even in this situation, the Duke of Sussex has maintained his silence. He continued that Meghan Markle is presumably ordering her husband to do so in order to avoid upsetting the "apple cart."

Utley echoed the journalist's statements, noting that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will not be vocal because they will get their "next paychecks" from Netflix. She, later on, warned that Prince Harry would likely find himself in the same situation, "over and over again," in the future.

A separate report from the Daily Express detailed royal biographer Angela Levin's thoughts about the issue. She described the whole debacle as "disloyal" and "rude," considering that the Sussex couple is "taking money" from Netflix despite knowing that the same company is "ridiculing" Prince Charles and Princess Diana.

The Crown Season 4 dropped on Netflix earlier this month. The latest ten-episode installment centered on the events that took place between 1979 and 1990.

It seemingly focused on the Wales couple's marriage, as well as their respective affairs. Following the release, several individuals expressed dismay and fury toward the show.
